Things have been good lately. I went up to Vail for their closing weekend. They had a lot going on and a few friends of mine stayed up there. I stayed in Frisco so I could bring some of the animals, but it was only a half hour away. On Saturday night, Ben Harper played in an outdoor concert! Luckily it wasn't too cold and huddling in a crowd of people kept us all warm! Then on Sunday we went snowboarding and even though I wore sunscreen, I still got burned on my nose. That's high altitude for you. It was a beautiful day.

I get 2 new wild foster kittens today. They arrived at the hospital last night but we didn't have time to examine them. But they are cute little fluff-balls! I can't wait to turn these ones around too. It's a good feeling taking little hissing/spitting kittens and taming them, then seeing them go off to a good home. Very satisfying! My last ones all found homes really quickly.

Remember the whole Bethany fiasco? About a year ago she put me through a lot of stress and had to get a pacemaker? Well she goes back up to CSU for her 1 year checkup next Monday! I can't believe it's been a year, and I can't believe what a difference it's made! She's still acting like a kitten again. I will post about her visit next week. Hope everyone did something green yesterday!
